THE Game
THE Game is a charity hockey game bringing together Laurier Business students and Laurier Arts & Sciences students for a night of competition, school spirit, and community. What started as a friendly faculty rivalry has become an opportunity to unite the Laurier and Kitchener-Waterloo communities around a cause that impacts us all.
With every face off, cheer, and goal, we come together to raise funds for cancer research and honour those whose lives have been affected by cancer.
THE Game is more than hockey, it’s our chance to drop the gloves against cancer and take the fight to the ice.
2026 Recap
The 2026 edition of THE Game was one to remember. With an incredible turnout and an electric atmosphere from start to finish, the night was filled with plenty of action both on and off the ice.
After a hard-fought matchup, Laz came out on top, securing the win, taking home the bragging rights and tying up the series 1-1. A packed crowd, exciting hockey, and an unforgettable night made THE Game 2026 a huge success. Stay tuned to see who will take home the win at the 2027 edition of THE Game
